Python issue in Cygwin

When you experience following problem during python script execution:

Try to

1)

From Start run: C:\cygwin\bin\ash.exe (correct path as needed)

$ cd /bin

$ ./rebaseall

When it finish with error FixImage (/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll) failed with last error = 13 please try to edit /bin/rebaseall, and add the following code to the other filters on line 110:

-e '/\/sys-root\/mingw\/bin/d'
